Etheremon gears up for the Holidays
Your favorite crypto pocket monsters are getting ready for a rather festive update
The holidays and the end of the year are always a proper time for reflection and to set goals for the upcoming year. As such, the team behind Etheremon has some pretty exciting information regarding their performance, along with an equally exciting Christmas update.
Luckily for their fans, Etheremon has been killing it. Ever since they announced the implementation of achievements, user engagement has flourished. Not every videogame can boast almost 70,000 completed quests and more than 65,000 EMONT worth of rewards, after all. That, added to the average 100 Mons that are traded each week, makes Etheremon one of the most stable gaming experiences out there. A pretty sweet deal, if you ask me!
You know how the song goes: you better watch out, you better not cry. Better not pout, and Gameunculus is telling you why: A new update of Etheremon is coming to town. This update will see the debut of a brand-new battle arena, which will bring a better interface and gaming experience to the players. Most notably, it has a portion of the screen dedicated to specific Mon skills, meaning that some changes to the metagame are also on their way.
Yes, this also includes a Christmas battle arena. Which means, as you can probably guess, that this update is right around the corner; you can expect the update to come right around Christmas time. Talk about good timing! There are going to be seasonal quests with special rewards as well, for you to celebrate Christmas along with your favorite crypto monsters.
This update serves as a little tease of what’s to come for the Mons. A move-system integration in the game’s Challenge mode has been in the works for some time, and the team is now fine-tuning that feature. As of right now, we can expect more details about this new feature to be revealed in the first months of 2019.
