Comin' Through! The gameplay teaser for War Riders is here

“Hey, cowboy: mine or die” has the potential of becoming crypto gaming’s official mood after this teaser

Teaser and trailers are a tricky business. In the mainstream videogame sphere, we’ve been constantly swamped (for years now) by trailers that only hype you up as much as possible for a final product that does not deliver, blue-balling the audience. What’s worse, crypto games don’t even have trailers most of the time! War Riders, however, is blasting through the scene, and now has a pre-alpha gameplay teaser for you to figuratively scratch your destructive itch.

It has been a while since we talked about War Riders. We introduced this action-packed game back in October, where we informed that its beta would come out towards the end of the year. Flash forward two months, we are at the year’s end, and we can already be part of the chaos of War Riders. At least partly, since the game is not in the beta stage yet. Luckily, it seems that the guys at Cartified are being wise about it. Right at the start of the trailer, it announces that it shows pre-alpha footage. Why don’t you watch if for yourself?

Oh, pre-alpha footage. It’s probably nothing mind-blowing. That’s what your silly self thought at the beginning of the teaser, right before it starts showing off its graphical power and blowing your mind away. The Twisted Metal inspiration is clear, but so is the level of production. In the end, advertising this as a pre-alpha gameplay teaser is just a cheeky move, leaving people drooling over the prospects of the beta and final product. Different types of weapons and vehicles are showcased, along with a sneak peek of the menus.

Besides, if the last things that you hear in the teaser is “I’m thirsty for some BZN”, and “It’s a beautiful day to kick some ass”, you’ll be automatically hooked. If the trailer left you wanting more, now’s a good a time as any to visit their website.

What do you think about the trailer? Love it? Hate it? Why? We’re waiting for your thoughts in the Gameunculus Twitter and Telegram.
